How do we know who will be capturing our weddings day?

Caity & Duncan love connecting with couples, getting to know all about them and their dream wedding. If they are already booked on your date, we have a team of hand picked professionals ready to look after you with the same level of care and attention to detail.
Can we meet our photo/video team before the wedding?
Your photographer/videographer will be assigned to you based on who is the best fit for your needs and vision for your wedding day. We assign your Lead Photographer/Videographer and introduce you before the big day. Our team handles all assignments behind the scenes, so you don’t need to choose -everyone delivers the Caity & Duncan look you see in our portfolio.
Will our photos/videos look the same as your portfolio?
Whether Caity & Duncan or one of our talented associates are with you on the day, we all shoot in the same style, Caity & Duncan have hand picked and trained our team, and oversee all of the editing, using our custom colour grading techniques.
What if our assigned photographer or videographer is unable to make it on the day?
We guarantee coverage. If your assigned photographer or videographer can’t make it due to illness or emergency, we’ll replace them with an equally talented and trusted team member for you.

Does your team have backup equipment in case of emergencies?
All shooters work with pro bodies, dual card recording, multiple lenses, lighting, and redundant ceremony/speeches audio. Your memories are covered.
